FixFlow
Repair shop software
Tracks every repair from intake to collection and texts the customer along the way.

What FixFlow does
FixFlow is repair shop software that tracks every item from the counter to collection and texts the customer as the work moves.
It records the money too, so the owner sees revenue, expenses and profit for each branch.
Kursorbyte Softwares scoped, designed and built FixFlow, and runs it in production at fixflow.clickerapps.com (opens in a new tab).

What is inside FixFlow
Repair tickets with photos, SMS updates, tracking links, payments, profit reports.
Intake
Customer, item and estimate in three steps, with photos taken on the phone camera and a ticket number to hand over.
SMS updates
Change the status and the customer gets a text, so nobody has to call to ask.
Tracking link
Customers follow their repair from a link, without signing in.
Payments
Take a deposit now and the rest at collection. Balances add themselves up, and a wrong payment is voided with a reason.
Profit
Parts, rent and wages are recorded per branch beside revenue, so profit is a real number.
