HMS is a hospital management system that keeps one patient record across every department. An order placed in the consulting room reaches the laboratory, the pharmacy and the bill without being typed twice.
A main hospital and its satellite clinics run from one account, with each location seeing only its own records.

Encounters, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, wards, NHIS claims.
Consultations
Doctors chart, order tests and prescribe from a single encounter, then sign it.
Laboratory and radiology
Barcoded sample collection, result verification and templated radiology reports. A critical result is held until it has been communicated.
Pharmacy
Dispensing against the prescription, with batch and expiry tracking and a counter for walk-in sales.
Wards and nursing
A bed board for every ward, with vitals schedules, medication rounds and shift handover.
Billing and NHIS claims
Every invoice posts to the general ledger, and NHIS claims are captured from the visit.
Patient portal
Patients book, check in, read released results and see their bills without calling the front desk.
